- as a stage boss (may be in an alternative route, or not)
- as an optional boss (like cameo bosses from Armed Police Batrider), who appears under special conditions after you've defeated the boss of a stage
- as a final or extra boss (..right?)
- as a True Last Boss! (who heals herself if you bomb her, while having an invincibility shield as well -- which lasts longer than your invincibility does --, and who shoots bullets back at you if you shoot at her while her shield's on
)
- as a Playable True Last Boss! (

- as a stage 4 boss who has copied spellcards and attacks from other bosses like Marisa did?
I hope (seriously now) that the gameplay is fun and doesn't force me to memorize stages or to limit my paths severely in order to score
Also, not that this have worked in past games, but it's still fun to guess what would be the game's plot.
- The title screen may hint to a travel to Makai or something similar, despite the title itself? (note the transition from the human world to.. somewhere else)
- skulls may mean
Deathsmiles that some people from SA are also playable? :p (especially since they may also have spirits to take care of)
- it would be really funny if TH13 is somehow a consequence of TH12 (which is partially a consequence of TH11, which is a consequence of TH10

- wonder if Youmu will retain her IN option or her bullet-clearing close-range attack
