This has actually happened many many times before. Rikako has simply reprogrammed Rou-tan each time it has failed, and it's going to continue this cycle until the correct decision is made.
I vote for breaking the cycle! As I said:
You cannot contain the Super Robot Spirit!

You know what
fuck it
we need an omake scene
right
now

>omake scene
>" My drill is the drill that will pierce the heavens!"
>"GIGA..."
>"DRILL..."
>"BREAAAAAAAAAAAAAKAH"
>Then everything explodes.

But srsly, I think thats about 4 people who want rou to be her own person/robot now, correct? I think we have our answer then.

I really do think the remote should be crushed without pressing the button.
It shows that Rou-tan is so badass, she doesn't even need it and can already think for herself.
Nitori even said that she already had those emotions inside her, they were just locked up.
But with the damn worm, that's no longer an issue.
So the button is rather pointless.
Even if the worm is removed, I don't think Rou-tan will just -forget- those feelings.
Therefore, crush without press. Leave.

Should also be crushed anyway just because it contains too much plot. :V
Oh, by the way. I've found some new tea.

Yes, but iirc it was said that the emotions were only partially unlocked, no?
And the fact that "unlock" button may unlock those things were it wouldn't allow her access to the knowledge, i.e why does Mother hate C.D.

Dunno if its been suggested yet, but we could always press the button, crush the remote, and make an attempt to feign the fact that we pressed the button at all.

Apparently, Thomas the Tank Engine isn't one to take crap from anyone.

We already know why Rikako hates CD, its because she was one of the youkai who had agreed to lock Rikako in jail for using nuclear fusion.
Rikako said this herself, regardless of whether or not Rou-tan can access the information in her files. She heard it so it doesn't matter.
On top of that
Rikako can be convinced later that it may not have been the best choice to put out a hit, and to remove the blocks.
Even without being unlocked, we have enough will to do that. And without the remote, the only way Rikako can decline is through force.
But since she's been knocked out, that won't be likely.

With her genius, it's unlikely the only way to unlock those blocks is using the remote.
Rikako should be able to do it manually.
The remote is pointless.
Oh, by the way. I've found some new tea.

Well do remember that their could be more files that are locked. Do remember, Everything regarding anythign bad about Mother was, and in your case, will be staying locked for a long long time, maybe even forever. What will we do when we need to learn something?

Plus, fuck red text.
Plus Plus its better to be safe then sorry

But... the badass moment!

Really, its not like Rikako could decline to do the unlock if the MAKE EVERYTHING REALLY HURT button is gone.
With this over, she has nothing to lose anymore by Rou-tan being unlocked, regardless of the method.

I'm outnumbered in that it seems pushing the button seems to be the preferred choice.
Even so, I've finished stating where I stand, so now I just want to see what happens next.

> You need a moment to think about it, but eventually you come to a decision. Mother made you to be more than this, didn't she? So it's only fair that you become everything you could possibly be.
You take a deep breath - or at least, the closest thing you can manage to a deep breath. You press the UNLOCK button on the remote.

From inside your chest, you can hear a faint clicking. A voice slips out of your mouth - not yours, but Mother's, recorded.
"Final Restictions Unlocked. Rou-tan Self Destruct Sequence Initiated. Detonation in T minus...ten minutes."
You can see the colour flush from Kawashiro's face.
"...FUCK."

>Seriously where the fuck is that catgirl outfit bro
>"Help you what?! Not blow yourself up?!"
Now that you've activated it, your systems have allowed you access to information on the hidden protocol KA.boom. As an extra precaution in the event you ever went rogue, Mother installed a bomb inside your circuitry which she could activate on command with the remote. It has enough force to destroy this entire facility, and every living thing inside. Importantly, this includes Mother.
How to defuse it...unsurprisingly, Mother didn't give you any info on that part.

"Haa, haaakkkh!"
In the distance, you hear Current Dolphin spluttering as she finally regains consciousness. She's hugged by both Komeijis, neither of whom overheard the voice coming from inside of you.
"Y...You could show up a little earlier next time, guys..."

> You look to Kawashiro solemnly, giving her the lowdown as quickly as possible. The kappa nods occasionally, gritting her teeth.
"So. Either we defuse you, or we all blow up and die."
She looks to Mother, still lying unconscious.
"I'll give you this, Asakura - you're a maniac, but a maniac with class."
Kawashiro reaches out to your swimsuit - or at least, it looks like a swimsuit at first glance. Now that she's holding it, she can appreciate that it's formed through three plates - one for your upper body, one for your stomach, and one for your lower body. She's currently holding her hand over the stomach area, where you can faintly hear a ticking sound.
"You mind if I open this?"

> You make no effort to resist Kawashiro's movements, and she removes the midsection of your armour.
Revealed beneath it - much to her surprise and yours - is a small explosive device, with a helpful timer informing you there are nine minutes until detonation.
"Lessee here...wiring's pretty damn complex. Can't make out which one of these links to the detonator - hell, maybe none of 'em link to the detonator at all. This could be...tricky."
She pokes - very carefully - at the bomb's metallic casing. There are three screws holding it in; luckily, Kawashiro has one of her trusty screwdrivers on hand. With an all-too-careful hand, she starts working her way into the screws. By now, the other three have become aware that something's going on, and while Satori keeps Current Dolphin company while the dolphin recovers her strength, the younger Komeiji looks over.
"OK, it's...a keypad? A really small one. And a monitor."
You ask the kappa whether the monitor says anything. The kappa squints.
"Yeah, it's just four words, though. Mother's Most Important Thing..."
Your eyes widen. Is that the code you need to defuse the bomb?! If so, then...what was Mother's favourite thing? It should be obvious to you, but she must have kept you from knowing that as well! You'd better give Kawashiro an answer fast before you turn everyone here into matching piles of ash, but be careful - you're probably only gonna get one shot at this!

[Alright, laying out ground rules for Operation Don't Blow Up.

You have 24 RL hours to discuss and decide on what to enter into the machine. When you are satisfied with your choice, one of you must write it in the following syntax:
##Enter: <password here>
I will use the FIRST AND ONLY THE FIRST CODE entered in this format.

That's it. Good luck.]

Well this is fucking suckish. Can we look back in the story and find it or something?

Can we access our memories in the meantime? At least what we couldn't see before?

Right off the bat, I can think of two avenues of approach:

1. Review the game.
2. Trick Rikako into giving us the answer.

There's also the option of outside the box thinking. Have fun~!

Oh, and one other thing:

> Can we tell if this bomb is hooked to our software somehow?

>You have no memories from previous time. [For the record what unlable suggested here is not factual, just a theory he had. You have no memories that you have not been shown during the game.]

> Can we tell if this bomb is hooked to our software somehow?
> It has no connection to your software, but it's hooked into your body with a variety of failsafes. Attempting to remove the bomb will invariably cause premature detonation.

OK, so before anything let's set the general premise down.
I'm setting this up as something relatively small that I'll do my damnedest to update every night. Updates will likely be short, one or two paragraphs at most, and I'll only respond to whatever post entertains me the most, one at a time.

Get it? Got it? Good.

Roukan you magnificent bastard. A minigame >_<
And yeah, it was a just a theory. A crackpot theory. Actually no, I wasn't serious about it at all. It just came to mind.

Kip, the fact it spells out LOLI was part of the premise... I'm pretty sure "loli" isn't the password.

Can we access a nearby terminal or Rikako's personal computer and analyze the files for a possible answer?
