"Oh, no! How silly of me. At this rate, poor Tororetsu will drown and be out of my hair forever! What a shame that would be."
She glares at you.
"Hmm...perhaps you DO need some tweaking after all. You weren't supposed to say that..."

Anyway, I think even if I should have no reason to ask them based on my programming, I was given a consciousness and personality. If you don't want me to know something, then fine. I guarantee I will serve my dear Mother to the best of my abilities, and I will do whatever I can to help you get revenge.
I'm sure you've got something wonderfully fun planned for the nuclear power, after all, Mommy. ~myu♥."

Evil loli cyborg - what's not to love?
Let's avoid the reprogramming though, don't need to become a completely mindless slave now. But acting like one this early on is a good idea.

We could betray Rikako and bust her out and try to escape, but where would we go and what would we do after that? I have a hard time believing Nitori, Koishi, and da dolphin would trust us after what we did. Going along with Rikako's plan seems the most logical choice to me,... even if it is at the cost of CD's life. :V

Also Rikako did have a point that it was unfair to not allow her to use nuclear fusion power. Even if she is a bit evil... but she may have only become evil because she was unfairly accused and punished!

Well, that's just plain mean.

>Consider new battle BGM.
>Sufficiently dramatic. You approve.

>You're almost ready to go along with Mother's requests, when - wait, isn't this wrong? In the end, even if she's been wronged, Mother is killing someone. Is it okay to stand by and just let that happen?
No, what are you talking about? Mother knows best. Mother ALWAYS knows best. You're a servant. You aren't supposed to think, to feel. You should just do your duty like a good little girl and-
NO! You can't do that! You can't just watch this dolphin drown right in front of you! It's...it's wrong!

Both sides of your personality clash, and you break away from Mother in the confusion. Grasping at your head, you start making small steps towards the tank...
"...Rou-tan, don't do that."
You aren't listening. You aren't listening to anything. You aren't even sure what you're doing. Just a few small steps...Current Dolphin is looking at you. Is that...pity? Do you recognise that emotion? Why are you reacting to it? You're a machine, remember?! Machines don't do that!
"Rou-tan!"
Mother pulls out a small remote and presses a button on it. You're introduced violently to a feeling you've never experienced before.
Pain.
"Myuuuuuuu~!"
It's enough to bring you to your knees. Current Dolphin presses against the cage again, looking at you with concern - then glares at Mother.
"Now, now, Rou-tan. Look at what you made me do."
She walks over to you, placing a hand on your chin and kissing your forehead.
"You've learned your lesson now, right? Mommy knows what she's doing. Be a good girl and do what she says, alright?"
You're tempted to not just so she doesn't hurt you again. You almost nod when suddenly a blaring noise starts in the room.
"Intruder alert! Intruder alert! Facility integrity has been compromised!"
Mother's eyes widen, and she turns to a nearby television screen. Looking now, you sees it displays the waterway you'd entered - the one you had covered by various kappa guards. The guards in question are now lying on the floor covered in various amounts of bruising, and a young woman wearing a large cape and large black wings is looking over the mess.
"Unyu...they still aren't very good at taking punches, are they?"
Her companion, a cat in a green swimsuit, takes her by the hand and starts hauling her away. You identify the pair as Utsuho Reiuji - Risk Level: Astronomical - and Rin Kaenbyou - Risk Level: Mild.
Behind them is Komeiji - no, not just one. Both sisters are here this time. Koishi has brought along her sister, Satori Komeiji [Risk Level: Above Average] as backup. You see various air tanks lying around the surface of the water, explaining how they made it through the caverns.
"B-But...how?! How did they find us?!"
Mother screams at the television as a fifth figure emerges from the water. It's another familiar one - Kawashiro, and she looks to the camera with a glint in her eye.
"Hey, professor! Send your little girl my regards for guiding me here!"
Mother's hands slam against the console, and she turns straight to you. Her eyes are filled with rage.
"You. Armour. Retract. NOW."
You flinch from the sudden aggression in Mother's voice, but comply. You lower the meido component of your armaments.
Immediately her eyes fall on your shoulder. A small, round object has been attached to it, letting off the occasional beep.
"...A tracer. You let her plant a TRACER on you?!"
Mother glares at you with an anger you've never seen from her before. She picks up the remote again, ready to set it to the maximum level...when she stops. She grits her teeth.
"Gh, I don't have time for this. I need you right now. Go and take care of those intruders, or I'll have to discipline you again!"

Ah, so they did launch a search and destroy op after all.
>Rip the tracer off, toss it away, and stealth mode can suck it, its time for BATTLE MODE.
>CD can wait. Even if she dies, she can be revived using magic or CPR if in time, but for now showing those intruders a lesson in knocking before they enter someone's house is of priority.
>Rikako said there were weapons. Its time to find out exactly what she meant, whether she tells us or not. Quick scan the base for anything we can use. Lock down all doors and have all staff man the battle stations and security posts. Our combat capabilities are limited even in battle mode so we're going to need backup no matter how weak.

>"With pleasure, mommy! You get to safety, I'll handle them and teach them not to mess with me when I'm serious!"
> SWITCHING TO BATTLE MODE.
You remove the tracer. It stings slightly, and you see a small hole in the swimsuit where it once was. It, of course, repairs itself immediately, but that was how this 'roybaty' program made it in...it wasn't just a tracer, it was a tiny piece of computer storage with a program inside it. Kawashiro is a goddamn GENIUS.
> ...Right. Best not to think about these things while Mother is still holding the Make Everything Really Hurt button.
You give Current Dolphin one last look before you leave the room. She's puffing up her cheeks, letting out the occasional bubble. She's been in there for a while now...you almost feel guilty as you leave her in there.
> Herein lies the issue - there's a variety of powerful upgrades for you in the maintenance room. Taking a quick check at the inventory you can see flamethrowers, grenade launchers, all kinds of cool shit. The only problem is that these would take hours to install, and since you've literally just been infiltrated you don't really have that time to spare.
> The facility's defenses are already active, and not really doing much to help. Doors are being broken down, guards knocked out, and generally the facility's being overrun. [They're very careful to avoid fatalities, though.] You're pretty much the last and only line of defense here.

> Extract armor.
> ... Limit search for armaments to the more non lethal kinds. Our systems are a bit scrambled right now, so until we figure out these strange subroutines we better play it safe.
> Also, find a jacket.
> MEIDO ARMOUR REDEPLOYED.
> In a nearby closet you find a variety of blunt instruments - hammers, flails and the like. You also find a pair of magnetic gloves, which fit you much easier. They work in two steps - firstly, they can magnetise an opponent on touch, and after they've been magnetised you can pull them towards you on command. This'll hopefully make it much easier to perform your Suplex protocol, as well as your other moves.
> You rob a fleeing kappa employee of his jacket, and wear it. [ROUKUTO HYAKURETSUKEN IS NOW AVAILABLE - ONE USE ONLY.]

> After taking whatever you need from the closet, you're faced with three pathways. Since they're here to save Current Dolphin, they'll likely have split up to take different routes.
On the left is the engineering chamber - where all the various technology and systems keeping the facility running are kept. Kawashiro will probably be taking this route, and if left unchecked she may turn the facility against you.
To your right, the main hallway - this is the least guarded but most ominous of the routes. Only an idiot or a madman would take this path - in other words, it'll be Komeiji pulling her sister along. This also, however, means they're going to find Current Dolphin first. Not just Current Dolphin - Mother, too. She won't be happy if you let them waltz in there.
In front of you, the maintenance corridor. The largest of the hallways, it's not hard to guess who's coming this way - you can hear a loud clanking as she stamps her rocky foot against the floor. Leaving Reiuji unattended has potentially disastrous effects on everyone in the facility, but honestly she's so powerful you aren't sure if you can take her in a head-on find. Never mind that Kaenbyou will probably be backing her up.
You can only take one of these pathways - if you wait for all three of them to converge here you've got no chance. Which way?

> REIUJI UTSUHO
RACE: HELL RAVEN/YATAGARASU
POWER: MANIUPLATION OF NUCLEAR FUSION
RISK RATING: ASTRONOMICAL, S+++++, REALLY REALLY REALLY FUCKING BAD.
You have a good deal of information on Reiuji, but it's mainly theorising how her nuclear power actually works. Mother has put a great deal of thought into it, trying to determine how a youkai's body can maintain a reactor of such power, doing her best to ignore the obvious answer of 'it's magic'.
In comparison, there's only a small footnote on Kaenbyou. She has power over...corpses? No wonder her rank is mild if they're deliberately not killing anyone.
> On your command, the kappa keeping guard in maintenance begin retreating to protect Mother. A good call, as the stamping sound in the distance gets louder by the second...

> Coding is not a proficiency you were programmed with, unfortunately. You will have to leave Kawashiro and hope she isn't suicidal enough to, say, blow the facility up.
> The researchers are blunt and squishy. Using them as weaponry is not advised.
> These cables are responsible for passing around important things in the facility. You know, things like water to cool down the engines, electricity to power the machinery, and of course air so that Mother doesn't suffocate. Tearing one at the wall is not the best plan if you wish to maintain the integrity of the facility.
> You can't be in three places at once. You can maintain a vague knowledge of what's happening in each chamber by listening into comms, but nothing detailed.
> That machine is designed to instill pain in your 'nervous system'. It was designed along with you, so recreating it would only work on you. Designing a version for a non-machine is pretty much impossible.

>Search for your inner Machine Spirit, commune with it.
>Do you have any Sacred Machine Oil? If not, your Machine Spirit is not on speaking terms with you.

> Astronomical risk? That's nothing. You're Rou-tan, Mother's greatest creation. Nothing can stand in your way - if anything, it's a relief that you've finally met someone who's a match for you.
After a few minutes of walking down the corridor, you hear reports that the other two pathways are being quickly overrun. The kappa can hold off the Komeiji sisters for a while longer, but they'll fall eventually. You don't catch how they're being dispatched, but the words 'INSIDE MY HEAD' are muttered several times over the radio.
> "Unyu? I thought they all ran away?"
A voice echoes from the other end of the corridor. Utsuho Reiuji is looking straight at you, puzzled. She tilts her head, examining you carefully. At her side, Kaenbyou looks more concerned at your presence.
"Uh, I'd be careful if I were you. Kawashiro said that we needed to be careful with this one...she looks cute, but she's got one hell of a suplex."
Reiuji looks over to her friend, excited.
"You mean I can stop holding back?!"
"Yeah, no. You go full force and we all get to blow up and die. I'm good at cleaning that stuff up, but I can't really clean up after myself."
Reiuji frowns, her wings drooping.
"Aw...twenty percent, then?"
Kaenbyou ponders the offer for a moment, then sighs. You've been walking towards them all this time without them paying any obvious attention to you, but you're still about thirty feet away, in a square corridor that's ten feet wide.
"...Fine. Just try not to kill anyone, 'kay? I didn't bring my wheelbarrow."
Reiuji's wings flutter.
"Awesome! Alright, let's go!"
She points her arm - the one with the large metal rod on it - straight at you. Something begins building up inside - an orange light, growing rapidly in intensity and size. Better decide on your battle plan now before you find yourself with a hole in your chest!

We'll need Mechanical Genius to help repair the base after this is over. But in retrospect, Rikako's Gudge would be nice to have right about now.
And because we have Mechanical Genius, its ok if theres a little damage done while fending off the invaders if we fix it later right?

You charge her, pushing her straight into the ground, and the sparks on the gloves pass through onto her. Immediately you feel a physical attraction to her, but the gloves once charged can be activated and deactivated at any time.

> With Reiuji momentarily dazed, you deactivate the gloves and turn your attention onto Kaenbyou. She's not a major threat, but enough of a threat to be worth taking out. While still low-down from throwing Reiuji, you whip out a low kick to catch the kassha off guard.
"Nyaah!?"
Your foot catches her in the back of the leg, and she topples to the floor. Catching her on the way down, you give the kitty a nice big squeeze.

You hold Kaenbyou in front of you - awkward looking, given that she's almost twice your size. You're still holding her with such force that she's having trouble breathing, which is a pretty good sign.
By now, Reiuji's back up, and given that you've just gone for her best friend she is PISSED. Of course, for exactly this reason, she can't do much fighting back without killing Kaenbyou. She points her control rod in your direction, but you know damn well she isn't going to fire.
Time for the last step. You switch on the gloves again, and Reiuji is pulled towards you.
Actually, that's not technically true. Given she's so much heavier than even you and Kaenbyou put together, it's you two being drawn towards her. Still, the idea holds, and the pace at which the pair of you charge her is staggering-!
"U-Unyu?!"
Kaenbyou and Reiuji collide with a painful sounding crash, tete-a-tete. Being thick-skulled, Reiuji ends up knocking her feline friend out by accident, and you let her fall to the floor. The raven's still standing, but she looks dazed!

Huh, wasn't expecting that.

> If the gloves need time to recharge, then try to get behind Reiuji and give her a suplex!
Actually, just remembered how Tager's magnetism works (and actually read the description of the gloves >_>), so...
> After using Loli Crusher, deactivate gloves, get behind Reiuji, and suplex her!

The following is if the suplex is successful:
> Push Reiuji's legs over her head, get around Reiuji, grab around her middle, and suplex again!
> Do that one more time!
> After the third consecutive suplex, roll away from Reiuji to see what she does.

The following is if the suplex is not successful:
> Stay close enough that she can't whack us with her control rod.
> ROUKUTO HYAKURETSUKEN
> When the move is finished, cross arms and turn away from Reiuji. "Omae wa mo shindeiru."
