Those constant associations of Rio and gambling always amuse me, gambling has always been illegal in Brazil :V

The Cassino da Urca building was a lot more a nightclub than a gambling place anyways.
And even more so a TV station than anything else. Everyone that passes under it(myself, several times, considering Urca is 10 minutes from home) always remembers it as "o pr?dio da TV Tupi", and not as the Cassino.
Oh, and now they're debating whether it should become an art school or a museum. So your point? :V
