You type <your desired username>_m or _f depending on which gender you want, and then afterwards just login with your username, no _f or _m.

thing is when i do that it shows rejected from server

You need to wait, your constant flooding caused the server to block all registrations. Your account didn't even register yet. Be patient and try again in a few hours, if it still doesn't work I'll investigate further.

actually i tried like 10x in total in 3 different attempts 3 4 3 so i didnt flood
