>You've not met with him in a long time, but you know he is very big on formalities and decorum. Thankfully, your position manages to free you have having to follow much of it. Your past meetings have been cordial, and generally over non-serious issues. Overall, you know he is very well respected by the tengu as a whole, and looks out for his people well; easily in the exclusion of others' wellbeing in times of trouble.

>In tengu town, his manor is a bit south of the prison, as you recall.
>Yes, but you're an exception as it would be considered insulting. With Tenshi, you aren't sure.

>You take flight toward the tengu town, while Momiji's patrol follows for some distance, before breaking up to seek out others. Soon the town is in sight.

>"Yeah, I guess people would suspect us..." says Tenshi. "Why'd we even think this was a good idea, anyways?"
>You land near the entrance of Lord Tenma's manor. It is a bit different than most of the tengu architecture; where most tengu homes are thin and at least three stories tall, most of the Tenma Manor is no more than two stories tall, and sprawls over much of a town block. Here and there are spires that reach to proper tengu heights, but overall the place looks squat and rather wide compared to most of the town. You have a sneaking suspicious that it was once home to one or more of the Devas of the Mountain.

>Follow the tengu

>You are lead into the manor, and down a hall with numerous warm-colored banners hanging from the ceiling. Small artworks line the walls, primarily small porcelain works on various stands and tables. Past there, you are led into a small corridor of paper walls painted with pictures of tigers and birds and lush landscapes, and taken through a path that is vaguely familiar but not enough that you can really recognize it.  Soon, you stop outside a set of two sliding doors. You recall this as the audience chamber.
>"May I have your names, so I may announce you properly?" she asks.

>The Yama is most definitely several ranks above you, but you can claim priority if you are speaking on behest of The Dragon. However, it is also quite rare that your interests overlap, and you would have to make a strong case.
