Since no one has taken the "Under" bet, I should probably point out that I misread Pesco's rules. One last definition has been added, for the purposes of making "Under" a viable option.

The basic premise is that I think the result of this contest will be JT submitting something with Baka not responding. "Over" is essentially a bet that both will submit something, and "Under" is a bet that neither will submit something in the 72-hour time frame starting at your post.
