> You are
Mizuhashi Parsee.> For a century or so, you've lived Former Hell (more commonly called the Underground by its inhabitants, including you) near the Ancient City. You are known for your short temper, long, pointy ears, and tendency to attack travelers crossing your bridge. You have the ability to manipulate jealousy, but you can't control it very well, and suffer from it the most as a result.
> Many winters ago, a shrine maiden went Underground on a rampage and beat you up. You still don't know why she knew who you were, but it made you more cautious of outside visitors.
> It's late autumn right now, but it feels like winter. A few months ago, Hell's moon disappeared entirely. About a week after the moon's disappearance, there was a tremendous earthquake. A lot of rocks fell in the passage leading to the surface world. Many underground geysers were blocked, and the tunnel leading the next city collapsed entirely. The Palace of the Earth Spirits took some damage, but for the most part remained unscathed. Your bridge got a few holes in it, but you can just fly over them while they're getting patched up. Strangely enough, aftershocks continued for the rest of that month, and now it's very quiet. The Underground is still reeling a bit from the earthquake, but you all have been dealing with it well enough.
> Still, there are some things that just seem...strange. For one thing, there is currently only one Deva in the city. There was another one, but Yuugi told you that she left for the surface almost immediately after Hell's moon disappeared.
> The Hell of Blazing Fires has also been getting progressively colder. For some reason, this gives you a really bad feeling.
> Right now, you're standing on the bridge. The weather is cold and snowy. You're feeling a little bit hungry, and note that the absence of Hell's moon is making the "sky" (more like the gapping ceiling) look a bit empty.
