Well, well... You already know why and what this is. Basically all you have to do is pick a feeling and name a character that has that feeling the most and, well, just add "ness" to the end of its name xD

Example: Overconfidence -> Marisaness

Lazyness -> Komachiness.

Well, gay can be a feeling, but I guess that is hardly the intended meaning. In that sense, Merlin and Suika seem pretty gay to me.

That wasn't the point. Feeling jealous would probably be 1000% Parsee. But what the hell has Gayness to do with Rinnosuke? Or in your case, Suika or Merlin? Normally fandom makes some what sense and can be "funny". But this is simply horrible. But yea, subjective remains subjective.
