>You pay her 20☼
>"I saw her heading east off Bridge Street," says the oni. "Looked like hell. Not sure where she went after that. So maybe you ought to hit up the streetear queen, Deva K. Check out the Pub District. She's usually there. You'll know her when you see her; she's regal-like. Might get lucky and find your celestial, too."

>Head towards the Pub District.
>Does east of Bridge Street happen to be the in the same area?

>The oni nods. "Just doing what I do."
>You head toward the Pub District, which is east of Bridge Street. It is the street that descends from the Parsee's bridge and neatly cuts the city in half.
>The Pub District is well named; the main thoroughfare is pretty much wall to wall drinking establishments. Here and there, oni on the streets and in the alleys advertise various concoctions. Being rigorously honest, you can be certain that whatever they are selling is drinkable. For one of there one. But even then, it's hard to know just how rhetorical and just how serious something called Headache in a bottle really is. It's fairly busy, with revelers and street hucksters and musicians. You notice that you and Sanae are getting looks.

>You continue to look around. While there are pleanty of oni about, there's none that you would call regal. More like half drunk and mildly riotous. You also see no signs of Tenshi.

>You find an tall, rather portly oni selling what you assume are bottles of homemade liquor out of the mouth of an alley. The lack of labels leaves you to guess this, anyways. She nods to you.
>"Sure hain't," she says.

>The oni nods.
>You look around the nearby establishments. None of them strike you as...exactly reputable. Some are definitely cleaner than others, or don't seem to have active brawls in them. Some have names that don't make you think of active barfights or people stabbing knives into the tables, others don't have someone passed out outside of them. But no one place really seems to have all of these elements, let alone classy or upscale. You think this is part of why The Felt is popular.

>Nue's bar is somewhere in this area, correct?
>If so, go there.

>You do not know exactly where Nue's bar is located. But you are able to use a fair deal of logic and process of elimination to rule out many of the possibilities, then peek through the front windows of the one you think is it to confirm it. The Rose and Weasel.
>You enter it, finding it to be moderately busy at the moment. A sizable bar with a formidable rack of bottles dominates the rear of the room. Large tables fill the floor, while booths for smaller parties line the walls. The oni here seem to be fairly subdued at the moment. You do notice one rather intense-looking game of go in the corner, though, if the players faces have anything to do with.
>Nue, in her usual short black skirt, is behind the bar, wiping it down at the moment. She looks up at the two of you as you walk inside, and gives Sanae a long, appraising look. "Well, well," she says.

>You nod to Nue, she barely notices as she smirks at Sanae.
>"Huh?" she says, looking over at you. "Oh. Huh. Sure, maybe I can help."
>"Kay comes in here sometimes. She checks up on all the places around here." says Nue. "But not today, I don't think. Today, she'll probably be at home. What do you need her for?"
>She shakes her head. "I kinda know the name, but nothing else. Haven't been prowling up topside much. I guess that's why you're looking for Kay? Well, you might be out of luck. She doesn't hear much about topside affairs."
