There are rumors going around that Grimoire of Marisa will be going on sale on the 28th of July. And by 'rumors', I mean that a website is currently taking orders for it. It looks legit, too. ZUN has not made any comments regarding this as of yet.
Grimoire of Marisa is a book written by Marisa about the various spellcards she has encountered.

It's official. It was revealed in one of the chapters of Cage in Lunatic Runagate or somewhere. I forget where exactly, but I'll try to locate the source.
EDIT: Found it. It was on Chapter 7 of CiLR

Well on the image I just posted I believe it mentions the date where that 09 is. I can't read it, but I think the date might be mentioned around there somewhere =/.
