Played this today, the sprite work is beautiful.

So.

World 4, Stage 3. The one with the

snowball. How do I get it up the hill with the pit, just past the invincible juggling faerie, without falling to my death? Suwako suit? Please don't say Suwako suit, because that's totally random.

Been trying this for two days off and on now =[

Spoiler:
It's entirely possible to do the jump by "pushing" the snowball at your max running speed, and just tapping the jump button to make a small jump across the gap
.

Obligatory bragging achievements on doing UFO-3 (what is this convention? World 7-3... it's 7, right?) getting all 10 Red Stars in a single run and without getting hit. I only have (two) screenshots and I'd say it's easily the most frustrating level.

This doesn't seem to happen for me. Instead I go soaring over it, and it rolls back down the hill. The lightest jump I can get; whether through keyboard or controller, results in this. On an especially good day, I'll also slide off the cliff. =[

I barely brush the button and this happens.

Perhaps I am jumping at the wrong time?

Edit: There we go! Jesus Christ that was a pain in the ass. I still don't know how I did it. But it's done.

Just finished the Reisen arc. I still need to find some stages that I haven't unlocked in that part though.

Pretty neat game, but I suck at platformers so I wont be playing much more of this game :(

Sorry for bumping after so late, but I found this bit of info that someone gave on Youtube

Quote
Hakurei Shrine is currently unreachable. In a later patch, an extra stage (marked by a yellow balloon) is supposed to appear in each wold after you collect all of the red stars in said world. Beating all of these stages will let you get to Hakurei Shrine for the TRUE final battle (which I suspect would be Yukari, Reimu or Mima.)
