Dissidia is a good game to rent for a week or so but it's not really something you can really enjoy in the long run unless you are a Squeenix fanboy.

Why not try the Tales Series? Currently, there's Rebirth, Destiny 2, Radiant Mythology...

Not an RPG, but both Patapon and Patapon 2 are very much worth your time (though the first one's extremely short).

Dracula Chronicle X if only to unlock Symphony of the Night with much...MUCH better voices. The Lunar remake is pretty nice too if you already played the original or the PS1 renditions.

All the Tales games are good too. Both Phantasy Star games and Monster Hunter are recommended.

Really good RPG, but it can tend to be repetitive when doing the free missions, that why, don't speed through the story mode so quickly.

Also, PS2 comes out September.
