Echoing the recommendation for Hayate. Oh you've already seen it.  Well then, echoing the motion for a third season (even though keeping up with the manga, I already know everything that'll happen in a third season, I don't care, I still want to see it in anime form damnit).  And since I take too damn long to write such a short post, yes HakureiSM, you should go do that right now.

Actually, I really should get around to Chobits.  Some of my friends have been telling me to watch or read that for years.  Maybe I'll start it up after I catch up on the current Amagami.

My friend today recalled Gundam 00, and I remembered that I never got around to finishing that either.

Also, Railgun, Angel Beats, Seikon no Quaser (lololol guilty pleasure) Durarara and I have to finish GTO. (It's really good, I think.)

And I have to finish Cowboy Bebop. Yes, I haven't finished that one.

------> Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, I dropped it half-way, but it was really good, so it's worth finishing. Also, Shaft is genius.

Ayumu X Hinagiku huh...yeah they work, but I'm more of a HinaXHayate guy. I don't know much about what's her name, besides for the fact that she's pretty hot...but I do think that Hina is a good match for Hayate~ Plus she's so tsundere X3

if you are a true gundam fan, thou shalt not watch any of the gundams since Since SEED.
actually... don't even try.

but then again, you gotta admit they have pretty likeable chicks in the newer series.

Someone mentioned Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei a few posts up. I've been going through all three series recently and it's generally very good, although the humour's incredibly hit and miss. Some parts I just end up fast-forwarding.

UFO no Natsu, I am suddenly reminded of it, was it good?
Watched it a few years ago and the impression it left on me was next to none. So probably not.

Yeah, actually liked UFO a lot. Unfortunately I have a fondness for well done romances. But I also liked to think about the medical/science fiction aspect of it too.

Comedies For Ubiquital: Azumanga Daioh, Ghost Stories (English Dubbing), DearS, Dai Mahou Touge
I can't persoanlly vouch for all of the rest of these, but the parts I saw were funny enough to earn a recommendation:
Tentai Senshi Sunred, Ramen Fighter Miki, Desert Punk, The Tower of Druaga: the Aegis of Uruk

Just watched the 4th ep of 苺ましまろ / Strawberry Marshmallow today. Watching one episode at a time to prolong excitement and gigglefest >w<

Attached is a なんか恐い (a little scary) voice recording of me giggling a bit then saying "Kawaii~". This "Kawaii~" is said towards the chickens I saw at the record time though.

K-ON, eh. I've been intently avoiding that because... shamefully, I kinda labeled it as "an anime providing mere fanservice," or something like that... Might not be a bad thing to try watching it, I guess? *now disregarding my taste in anime, if I ever had such*

I personally like Rozen Maiden S1 more than S2, probably because of the character introductions and dream stuff. Though S2 showed character developments, so it's ok. Me likes Shinku~ |D

My friend today recalled Gundam 00, and I remembered that I never got around to finishing that either.
o.o Huh, that Gundam 00 just started showing in our local TV broadcast today. I only get to watch the OP though because of the familiar Larc~en~ciel song.
Hnn... might not be bad watching localized anime besides FMA once in a while. *sets a reminder on 2PM every Saturday for Gundam 00*
Not a fan of Gundam, but since I watched an oldie Gundam from the MotK Dub Project, and besides us siblings having watched Gundam Destiny for the familiar Tales artist Inomata Mutsumi, Gundam's growing in me a little. ...wait, that didin't sound right o.o

Seen, seen, dropped, not seen. I wouldn't really classify Azumanga as a comedy.

I've finally decided to drop Cromartie, as I couldn't force myself through another 6 episodes of this dull shit.

Meh, K-On's more of a moeblob Anime than a fanservice Anime. For me, fanservice = ecchi.

Guys are useless in Anime anyway.

And Rozen Maiden is bomb.

Just finished reading Negative Happy Chainsaw Edge, and it was the perfect thing I needed right now. The first chapter basically summarized my feelings toward life right now (hey, I'm still a kid, I don't want to face reality). It was so good I'm actually thinking about watching the live action movie of it, which is saying something since I've never watched a live action of any anime/manga, I'm just hoping its well done.
This thread has been lively lately.

Even the filler episodes have a little substance to them, but the second half is where stuff gets plenty more serious, yeah.

Also isn't the second ED wonderful? :*

I'd recommend the Chobits manga over the anime if you were looking for substance, to be honest.  The filler is integrated with the plot so that the important stuff doesn't just all happen during the second half. >.>

Also, the artwork is gorgeous, but as a huge CLAMP fan I'm probably very biased, so take my opinion with a pinch of salt.  Of course, the artwork is also pretty much the big reason why I go with the manga rather than the anime most of the time when it comes to CLAMP stuff.  When they get adapted to anime, they always have to simplify the art for various reasons, which I find somewhat upsetting, because their work includes some of the most beautiful artwork I've ever seen in comics, let alone manga.  Hell, even when they come out with a work that's maybe not as good as their big hitters, it's almost always completely redeemed of any faults by the imagery alone~

Um... I think I was trying to make a point there, but I kinda got lost.  Um... To summarize:  CLAMP manga = pretty artwork that makes Moerin all misty eyed and wistful~

Oh, definitely-- but you can't say that Madhouse didn't do a fantastic job with CCS or Chobits, though. They both look pretty fantastic, if you ask me.

But yeah, I agree, CLAMP is fucking amazing <3
