HoTD Episode 5
Mega cool~
Okay, the series is losing credibility, but I'm hooked to the point where I can no longer see cons.
It happens. I get attached to things and people really easily.
I for one, thought it was well executed.
although a very typical trope is being attached with this series: which is the L4D style trope as far as I am concerned:
1. it is almost certain that when a zombie apocalypse happens, you will find troves of heavy weapons ON THE STREETS, or that your teacher/friends will have a friend in the military who has access to the weapons rooms in an airbase or military base, with weapons in them NOT YET taken out by military for use in the beginning of the zombie apocalypse to control the situation.
2. It is almost certain that all military, despite their well trained, well executed, well disciplined asses, that they will fail in their containment and control. It is always up to the few civilians and maybe the town sheriff who's daily job includes humping his neighbour's wife to detonate a nuclear bomb that will save the world as we know it. (and survives to tell the tale).
3. It is almost always certain, that despite the chaotic overrun of zombies, the cliche team of civilians battling to save their asses from certain death and infection never gets infected, even when they are hurt by zombies.
