This actually depends on house rules used. That said, for this scenario I'll use this:

• Action Card is played and resolves first
• k4u's ability activates and sends her to the back
• Then your collection begins

So in this game, k4u will always be at the back of the line after using an Action Card. Now the question rises "which one is right, resolving before or after?". The answer: They both are, it depends on the generally accepted rules. However, since I'm your host you guys get no say in this unless I blatantly break one of the rules outside of the norm. In this case, I haven't yet so  :V

Moving on:
