Sana: Pirouette.
Shadow: Stop sucking.
Bard: Righteous ass-claiming fury.

> :) You do a little spin for no real reason. It's fun, and that's reason enough!
> You're not sure, but it may not have many tricks left up its sleeve. You'll have to keep it up and either win or force its hand.
> :3 You don't think Sana would appreciate that during the fight. Maybe later.

Sanaside
>Try to slip away from that glass.

Tranceside
>Try flipping over the piece of glass the hand is in with the tip of your sword.

Janaside
>How often do you get to smash things? Not often enough! Keep at it.

> :) You use your happy spin to move away from the glass, and towards Trance's shattered area.
> :V Your sword is rather thin, not to mention curved, so you can already tell that it wouldn't work out very well.
> :3 Too true! You keep smashing glass as you walk!

>The mirror shadow is in full retreat!

> Everyone pose as a team, because shit just got real.

> :3 You're not sure about how "real" things are, but you ask Sana and Trance to pose with you. They politely decline.

Fullside
>Try to cut off it's retreat by smashing the glass ahead of it, then around it, and see if that gets it stuck.
> :) Now's our chance for an ALL OUT ATTACK

>You all go ahead and initiate a full assault! Trance is able to smash the glass ahead of the shadow, cutting off its escape route, while Sana and Jana try attacking it directly. Their weapons go through it, "cutting" through the murky black. It pauses slightly with each hit, but begins trying to counter by attacking Jana with a rake of its claws.

Glass shards: Foot injury.

>With all the shattered glass in the area, it's almost miraculous that none of you are cut. It's a little strange, really...

> :3 You take a back hop to dodge the claws.
> :) It does! You make a move to skewer the shadow arm, which only partially succeeds since...

>Claws: 1-up Extend.

> :3 Thanks to your recent forays into metal-based magic, you easily fling a wave of kunai bullets with a swing of your steel axe! Several of them connect with the shadow, and a few shatter more glass on the ground nearby.

> :) You express your surprise in one of the less sophisticated ways you know, but send another blow at the shadow with your lance. However, it is quick to move after taking multiple bullets, and you miss this time around. It moves to counterattack against you, moving a stretched-out arm around your lance and going right for your gut!

> :V As you continue smashing glass, you realize that there are almost no large pieces of glass remaining at all.

> :V You move in to intercept the clawed arm, but as you do, a second arm rakes you from behind-? You barely feel any pain from it, but you were sure that you broke all the glass behind you!

> :)  With a sidestep, you manage to dodge the arm, but you see movement flash out of the corner of your eye in time to block a second arm. It's very thin, probably because it came from some of the shattered glass!

> :3 For your part, you manage to block another arm on the broad side of your axe, but you feel something rake your back.

>Trance: Tactically withdraw out of the range of the glass.

> :V You call out to your allies, who seem only too eager to follow. You try not to put yourself around glass, but with all the shards around you, it's either that or backs to the wall...

> :3 The ceiling is far too low for you to be able to fly comfortably, but you try to keep yourself at least a foot off of the ground while you move to Trance.

> :) You see Jan's hovering idea and try it out yourself.

>Heartless: That's more like it!
>Glass shards: Gloat.

>With your backs to the walls of the cave tunnel, you have a good view of the shattered glass in front of you. More and more stretchy arms are coming from the field, and their claws turn towards you all at once!

Janaside: Give 'em the kunai!

> :3 From your vantage point, you only have enemies in front of you, so you swing your axe and send kunai bullets at the shadow arms! Trance and Sana follow your lead, throwing their own ice pellets and light bullets into the mix.

>Oddly enough, the barrage is doing very little about your overall problem. It looks like the shadowy arms don't even care about the glass anymore, and are traveling along the ground to attack your group. And while your combined danmaku is taking out quite a few, it seems like they are being replaced just as quickly as they go down. You won't be able to last this way for much longer...

>Sanaside: Look for an escape route
>Ability list.

> :) You could try to make a run for it further down the tunnel, but you can't see very far in that direction. The shadowy claws are between you and the way you came from.

>The parser will assume you are asking about non-magic related abilities.
>Hatmaking: You are very good at making new hats! This does extend to tailoring other types of clothing, but hats are your specialty.
>Fitness: While you do not have a youkai body, you've always kept yourself in good shape. As a result, you can execute some fairly complex maneuvers and do not get sick very often.
>Speedy: You are naturally quick on your feet! It's good that you're dabbling in time-based magic now, as it makes you even faster!
>Purity: You have a fairly innocent mind for a teenage human. Certain mind-altering magics won't have a strong effect on you, but Jan still teases you about this.
>Dexterous: You are very good at working with your hands! Whether you're tailoring something or playing a game, you have a quick reaction time and stable fingers.
>Intelligent: You're very smart for a human of your age! You're even running a successful business, something adult humans have trouble with!

>Clouded: You are not as quick to pick up on things that others talk about, and trying to follow a long-winded speech or conversation leaves you feeling a little lost. Certain mind-altering magics will have an extra strong affect on you.

>Other things may pop up in the parser's mind; a detailed list of non-magical abilities was never in the original plans. If the players feel that something should be added, bring it up!

> :) Focus on the POWER OF FRIENDSHIP AND LIGHT
>Obtain: Keyblade

> :) You focus on the power your friends give you! Your collective hopes, dreams, and despair!
>Nothing happened...

>Janaside: METAL MAGIC!
>Tranceside: HEALING. More healers = better.

> :) Your Time Magic is now at Level 3! You are not only faster without activating it, but you can now force the passage of time to slow down or speed up with a minimal amount of focus. A higher degree of slowdown/speedup can be achieved with a greater degree of focus.
> :3 Your Metal Magic has reached Level 5! You can now create more complicated constructs, such as simpler mechanical objects, out of your ability. However, you cannot continue to train your Metal Magic without a greater understanding of the earth it comes from at this point.
> :V Your Curative Magic has increased to 3! Your physical endurance and ability to take physical low has slightly increased. You can heal deeper cuts, and repair simpler muscles, with a cast and time to focus.

>Is this suitable?

>As the three of you return to your senses, you can see impacts from your danmaku shots scattered across the walls and floor of the cavern. There are a few impact cracks on the glass panes, still attached to their frames, but none of them are truly broken.
