The smelt of salt is strong in the air, while a babble of voices and languages competes with the sounds of the ocean and the seagulls. To the east are the docks proper, were people are busy loading and unloading things. To the south, you can see rows of warehouses, and the public beach some distance beyond it. Given the presence of boats, the beach is a bit restricted. To the west, you see the USA Military Base, fenced off with chain link fences topped with barbed wire. Obvious exits are South, East, and West.
