>Ask nearby student directions to the Information Center. Follow the directions and pick up the map.
>Go to Faculty of Engineering and take a look around.
>Did Nitori specifically inform us about the individuals she had connections to? If so, try to remember the details.

>You look around, and find a student who seems less preoccupied and more bored; a blond woman with an embroidered shirt and ask her about an information center. She gives you an appraising look for a moment, then says, "It's the one to the east. Just go straight. There's a bursar and a scheduling desk."
>Following her directions, you go east, entering into a very modern and somewhat sterile building. Soon you come to an open lobby, and can easily pick out the places that the student mentioned. You find a kiosk with a few pamphlets, and find one containing a map of the campus!
>Using the map, you soon find yourself in the engineering building to the north. It is a spacious, multi-story building with numerous classrooms and workshops, according to the map. The decor is sparse, and a bit off-puttingly formal. Looking around, you note a couple sitting areas in the corners as well. The building is quiet, and you assume people here must be in class. Obvious exits are North, East, South, and West.

> "Good morning! I, well, wish to enrol at this university, and I wanted to talk to someone at Engineering to get my bearings. Can you possibly help with that?"

>You enter the office, and find it to be fairly small, but well appointed and feeling much less sterile than the halls outside. A large window lets in natural light, which no doubt helps brighten things up. Sitting at a simple wooden desk is a bright-eyed blond woman who...doesn't look much older than yourself. You feel your stomach start to sink she motions for you to have a seat.
>Explaining your intentions, you brace yourself. "Well, really you should visit the enrollment office," she says. "But, I can give you a rundown of what to expect. First they'll want a look at your high school record, to make sure you're up to snuff." It's hard not to groan. "Then they'll give you an entry exam." You have to stifle another groan. "After that has been looked over and approved, you'll just have to schedule your classes. As for those, we have a heavy emphasis on science and mathematics, and we'll expect you to take some humanities as well. And...are you sick? You can use my wastebasket if you can't make it to the bathroom."

>She frowns and shakes her head. "Not really. It's the attitude of the faculty that making materials specialized to the exam serves to cheapen it. There is a study guide, but I can sum it up as Math, Science, Reading Comprehension, and Writing."
>"That we do have," she says with a nod, "But I would recommend applying to take the exam first, unless you're terribly certain that you can't pass the exam."

>"You're welcome, miss," says the Dean. "I hope I could help."
>You make your way toward the enrollment office.  You're pretty good at science, at least until all those numbers get mixed in. You think you can read pretty well, even if you have kind of a bad memory. Math...ugh. Writing is a wild card. Sometimes you do well, sometimes you don't.
>You reach the third floor of the proper building. Following along a hall, you come to a room with a glass wall, with the words Enrollment stenciled onto it in bold letters. Inside you can see a long counter with a few couple people working there, and a room off to the side with numerous computers, and a couple of people working on them.

>She nods and types some something into her computer. After a few moments of investigating around and going through a number of serious facial expressions and hmms, finally says, "Alright, you just squeak by as far as the entry exam goes. You'll need to arrange a meeting with an officer of admissions so you can discuss a few things. But we can give you the test whenever you like. Be aware it is a two hour exam, and that passing it is only part of being admitted. In your case, some of your marks are close enough that you'll need to speak with an officer. I can make an appointment for that now if you like?"
