How to play Touhou12.3 / Hisoutensoku replays?

I've got like 750+ replays, and there are some I'd like to view again... how can I view these replays? Do I do it in-game or do I download a converter/player for it, perhaps? Any ideas?

I tried searching for this, but couldn't find anything. Not here or on Google...

hmm, lets see, idk if this is a spam thread or not, but is your game, COMPLETELY japanese, because there is a specific thing that highlights the main menu, REPLAY, also, when ure in there, press on the first one, not on the lest one, (2nd one deletes vids). then by the time that you select that one, highlight the replay there, and select it again, viola.
