Author Topic: MotK Emblem (FE hack) - HELP NEEDED INQUIRE WITHIN (Read 89715 times)

The Lords typically hold down one corner of the weapons triangle each (after promotion).

We are, of course, being liberal with our definition of 'holding down'.

Mostly for the legendary weapons.

Right, so the deadline for submissions was supposed to be today, but since it wasn't really fair to not tell anyone that the deadline was today, I've extended it to noon tomorrow, EDT(which is about 17 hours from the time of this post). Any submissions after this time will be ignored(possibly with some exceptions, aka anyone Val's tried to recruit and hasn't told us about >:< ). After this time passes, we'll decide on whether we'll keep the current cast or trim it, writing will commence again, and everything will be just dandy.

Again, only in FE7. I don't see why we need a second Lord, much less a third. We've already got two, though, so why not stick with that?

This hack is using FE7 as a base foundation, though.

Other than that, yeah, of course - three is just an arbitrary number and we can get away with having just two Lords.

To be fair, MK404's FE7 hack has two official lords - Linoan and Eliwood, Hector's replacement, Raymond (the self-insert) doesn't have his own mode despite having just as much if not more importance to the story as Hector does in his own game... so that doesn't really make him a LORD per se, though he does have Lord-like stats and a Lord-like importance, etc. And Raymond is a Mercenary, he doesn't use an axe :3c

Anyway, I'll have less time to properly discuss things with Sana et. al over the weekdays since I have university now, so... I'll be around in the late hours when y'alls have your break.

Forcing the Dancer and Bard to max out in one chapter is always lulzy, of course, but it doesn't really help with what else they need to do (besides being able to safely stand near the front lines and double-turning your one-hit-wonder :v)

Unless something extraordinary comes up, we have our final list of 43 playable units. 5 units have been made into bosses, so I'll be copying the playable spreadsheet data into the villain spreadsheet.
Also, note that some people may be converted to promoted units. If you are one of those people, please edit your stats accordingly.

Ruro: Makes us sound like a clothing shop. You know what? Never mind. We're fine as "team number 27".

In the stands

: ....That girl....I know her. I mean, it's not like I admire her skills or anything, but she has to be stopped. I'm sure the commander has something in mind...he mumbled to himself, walking away.

New Chapter (Ch. 5)
Preperation area

Ruro: Well, we've won one of our matches! But remember everyone, that was only the first match. We've got to keep this up so we can win the prize!
Tylt: What exactly is the prize? I never read the posters or anything.
Ruro: Basically, it's a ton of money, and "something amazing". Nobody's really sure what it is.
Sana: Ooo, sounds fancy...
Nobu: And we're going to win it!
SD: Pretty confident, are you?

: Excuse me.
Ruro: ?

: Are you...willing to accept more people to join your team?
Ruro: Hm? Why do you ask?

: Well, most of my team has fallen ill and can't participate. Frankly, I'd still like a chance at the prize.
Ruro: What's your name? Can you fight?

: My name is Roukanken. I'd reckon my swordsmanship is enough to get by. My friend is also a competent fighter, but he seems to have disappeared. I hope you'll lead us to victory.
Announcer: TEAM NUMBER 27 PLEASE ENTER THE FRONT GATE!
Ruro: We'll have to look for them another time. If you're still willing to fight, follow me!

Fighter1: Where'd that dirty thief go?!

Rou: This is Chaore, the other person I was telling you about. He's...well...
Chaore: I specialize in the art of "borrowing without asking". Pleased to make your acquaintance.
Ruro: ...That sounds an awful lot like stealing. And stealing is wrong. UNJUST.
Chaore: Woah, woah, calm down lady! All right, all right. I won't steal anymore.
Ruro: ...Fine. *leaves*
