Hahaha. No. You will never catch me entering Gibson's Sprawl willingly. I'm a left-coast radical.

Edit: California can go to hell (ie, the place between coasts) too.
I've noticed that as far as cons go, there is this great divide between west and east coasts. It seems to me you've got quite the crowd stretching up and down the US and extending into Mooseland. Then 2500 miles of nothing except for poor Ruro and UK floating about in this sea of purgatory out in the middle of nowhere. After that, it's pretty clear to me that the east coast crowd is rather well defined. It's kinda disappointing because there's no simple way to traverse the gap.
That'd be awesome. Just let us know which way the plans solidify, and if we can stay how much our share of the room would be.
I'll try and test the waters a bit before asking for the time off about a month in advance. I'd really like to go, but I don't want to bite the hand that feeds, either. It's a very nice hand, too. Still, cosplay shouldn't be too much of a worry this time as I'd rather not wear out any costume before I care to and the two plans I have for next year will need to wait a bit since I was robbed of my sewing machine by my own flesh and blood. Hence, I'll have one good sized hunk of luggage that could fit two costumes at best. No cross, sword, or fire/ice spell. I don't mind sleeping on the floor in the corner of the room so long as no one decides to play hopscotch on my face, either.
