There was 40 people in my group, and we were shouting it from the karaoke room Friday night trying to see how long it took for "buttscratcher" to get from one end of the hall to the other.

We timed it at 2 and a half minutes :V

No, I mean... people were doing it in the prereg line on Thursday, not to mention the previous year.  It wasn't exactly a new and exciting phenomenon.

I don't remember hearing it much the year before, and yes we were doing it in the prereg line.  Either way we added to the problem not the solution :V

hmmmmm this ban could prove troublesome for my costume...I guess I'll have to tone down the sfx and show them off sparingly to keep staff off me.  as long as I'm not walking the halls with them blaring I should be good I guess.

no they'll confiscate stuff like vuvuzelas and stuff but somewhere on the forums they said they'd give people who bring little sound docks to dance and stuff some wiggle room.As long as I'm not outright trying to annoy people and cause a fuss I should be good. I figured it'd fall under the sound docks since it's a small speaker mounted on my chest.  Also I think it'll fall under the same loop hole as the sign policy. You can't have Okuu with out klaxxons.

Ohsnap I think I may have gotten one of my friends who was all "oh hey just decided to come to Otakon what can I dress up as?" to make a Touhou  :V

She's still going through The List and crosschecking with what wigs she has/can get away with natural hair.  I feel almost evil in a way corrupting someone who only ever knew about Touhou from my babblings and outfit from last year.

Oh, hey everyone - I know I haven't been around in a couple of months, but I am definitely going to Otakon.  I was Ran and Youki in the past.

This time around I'm bringing Youki and Mokou to the party.  Also a Mac that runs the games without a hitch.  I'll be down Thursday around 5 or 6, and staying through to Sunday evening.

If bowling is off in favor of dinner, I'm honestly not sure what I'll do Thursday night. There will be a lot of spacemaking to be done in our hotel room (7 cosplayers = assloads of luggage) and I don't want to miss out on that for a variety of reasons.
