I'm already pre-registered. \o/
Did you know, they negotiated a 5% discount on "all flights booked through American Airlines"? They have a coupon code you can use once you pre-register.

Baltimore has a really nice hostel, it's only $30 per night for a dorm bunk plus free Wifi, pancake breakfast, etc. Cheap and pretty nice inside.

Yeah I have that page open for a few days now. And I can buy a membership from here in Rio. I was thinking that, but my dad is lolol I hotels and didn't like the idea.
Hostels are really nice, though.

You're in luck! Plenty of people sleep on the streets of Baltimore. I doubt you'll have much trouble making pals.

I stopped by there literally a week and a half ago, and the guestbook had entries from some international guests basically saying it's the "best hostel in the U.S.". It's a very old and beautiful place, right in the middle of what's probably the nicest area of downtown Baltimore.
Though at this point I wonder if there's still room available.

I do wish I were going, but it's not going to happen this year. All government employees are alotted the last week of June and the first three weeks of July for vacation.
I *can* however heartily recommend checking out The Fudgery to see people sing while making fudge. You might also want to check out Fell's Point (during the day - at night it turns into a sea of frat idiots) or take the light rail up to Mt. Washington.
