touhou soccer after patch crash

basicly i have just installed touhou soccer 2 and patched (i think) and as soon as i try to start the game after that i get this:

since i cant understand Japanese i dont know what it says. i really want to try this game and i cant install the English patch without patching it first, anyone some help on this?

also i looked it up on the touhou image board and there it said i needed to update my CCS.. and i have no clue on what it is or where to get, and they wont react to to when i asked about it. i dont know if that is the problem or not, but it might help, if it matters, i am using windows vista

I can't see your image due to a hotlinking error, but I'll guess at the problem. You're having issues with the game's patch, right? Not the English patch? If so, are you patching with Japanese locale or AppLocale with Japanese support?

yes, the problem appears as soon as i patched it with the game patch, like i said, because i couldn;t even patch it normally i cant apply the english patch, and i am just running it normally, when i try to use apploc it says:
applocale was unable to launce the specified application.
please make sure the application specified is valid.

maybe i have the wronge patch, i am trying to use THS2_2-g-0a.exe as first.

Looks like it upgrades you to 2-18-0, which is what the English patch readme says you need. Hopefully that'll take care of it.

that also wont work, i have all three patch's, THS2_2-g-0a.exe, THS2_2-g-0b.exe and THS2_2-i-0a.exe, and it dont matters in what order i install them or skip one, the effect stays the same, after the first patch it starts to crash and it wont stop even if i install more patches, if it was that easy i would have fixed it already

Same problem.  W7, 64-bit.
Installed patches, English patch, but I didn't use the applocale to install the patches. Nor changed localle via W7.  I will try again later tonight doing so.

Reinstalled, dragging and droping the patches into applocale (which was running in admin mode).
Dropped English patch, and so far its working, so try re-doing it with everything in applocale.

Amusingly, it doesn't see DirectX9 now, so m config is out-of-whack, but thats fine o.o

EDIT: ran the english config through applocale and it works!.  So therefore, you need to make sure everything is going through the program and you should be fine.

apploc admin mode seems to make me able of patching it in japanese, BUT it still dont solves the problem, i keep getting the same thing i got from the very beginning, there got to be some way to fix it

i have run EVERYTHING trough applocal and i still get the same error, and it still starts right after the first patch, i tryed to start my game after each patch and it wont stop no matter what... aint there anyone who knows how to fix this? i really want to play this game but its just wont let me due to that problem
