The scenery shifts from the plain you were standing in to to interior of the Shrine. It is about as you remember it, though you don't know if you placed the Construct correctly. As well, you left it a proper statue, rather than animate construct. Noticeably, though, the gems are missing. Although you can't see them, being indoors, you do not feel them respond to you. You suspect that they are outside of your influence, or at least outside of that kind of influence. >You try to recreate the gems specifically using the moons as a guideline and the feelings of pain and the world going momentarily haywire from before. You have no success, but you can feel why. That other who is here, whose presence seems to be everywhere and whose influence seems to be as widespread as yours, is opposing you from doing anything involving the Gems in such a direct way. You can mentally picture them, but you cannot conjure the. It is keeping you away from them, or perhaps them from you. >_ |
