That one guy who does the SWR/Soku art.  I find his interpretations of the characters to be quite similar to mine.
Ao Usagi because he has this mind blowing charm that I can't exactly put into words coherently.
Colonel Aki.  It's kind of hard to not mention him and his 4komas.  Looking forward to Life of a Maid-chan as well.
Shino (or Ponjiyuusu) is pretty much self-explanatory.  Actually, everyone I mentioned here does not really need an explanation.

Artist-wise, nurie37 has drawn some Touhous in the past, and her art always makes me smile. I wish I could remember what name she uses for Pixiv. Also Yuuki Tatsuya, kieta, Mochiya Marosuke (draws the cutest comics of the Moriya Shrine and UFO gang), Tokiame (gorgeous watercolor-ink paintings, illustrated CiLR), and other artists I can't remember offhand. From other people's lists, Morino Hon and Misaki Kurehito are good too.

THIS.  So, so much.  Also kaztora of the same circle has to be one of my favorite arrangers given how much I love every single song in White Lotus... and Sanka (Aqua was admittedly a bit lackluster in my opinion, but Kamikaze seems to have stepped up the game again though I haven't given it enough listens for it to grow on me yet).

Also add Ecco and VUTTER of Gyozayahonpo to my list of favorite musical artists for their tearjerker erhu arranges (VUTTER also does awesome stuff as Betakobo), as well as a bunch of NicoDou vocalists whose names are not springing to mind right this second perhaps because it is past midnight and I am @_@.

As for visual artists, pretty much

- almost anyone who draws a pretty Byakuren.

^ This.  Which, aside from those previously mentioned, also includes 暁弐cis (the artist behind Carcharias!) and Nakayama Miyuki (because there is nothing like "guy-oriented" het/yuri drawn in a style normally reserved for "girl-oriented" BL/yaoi - and yes, she draws the latter as well).

Can't remember each and every single names, but pretty much everyone from Like a rabbit, QLOCKS and Halozy for both vocal and musical artists should be five anyway. Their works are nearly flawless.

HMs to those from Alstroemeria, SYNC.ART's, CYTOKINE, Frontier Records, Re：Volte, Riverside, Sisimai Bros, Tatsh and TAM because despite being good, they still have a few hit-and-miss.
