You head back to the hallway where you fought off the Kogasa horde. enter the next room, which you think should be Shou's room. Nothing seems off here. You check the ceiling to be sure. You don't see any weak spots.

It's perfect. Too perfect. This ceiling is untouched. Why is it untouched? Such a ceiling is a waste. You stab it and tear and tear and tear and tear and

It seems you've missed a massive gash in the ceiling! And Debris is everywhere. Quite a mess. You wonder how you missed this.

...This may be wise!

You're pretty sure it does. You go through it. The air here seems to be colored GREEN. It also smells like plants.

You're not sure why.

You can still see through the air, so you don't think so. If you saw this place in the mirror, you're almost certain you could make out what was in the room.

You look around. There isn't much up here, you do see a broken SIGIL however. Consulting your map, this appears to be where the light the grue emitted went.

You examine the Sigil. Whatever it was holding, it's certainly broken out now...

You examine the walls for entrances. No luck per usual.

You flash the light around just in case of grues.

You poke the walls. Whatever these are, they're different then the Fake Kogasi, but you're somewhat certain that whoever you heard before is behind them. Nyamune has no trouble avoiding even scratching them. One particular poke seems to.. scratch something off of the wall. You can't tell what.

You try and get a better look at what the 'Can't tell is'. You...think it may be a picture.

You scrape away to get the full thing.

You second guess yourself. This isn't a picture. It's -moving-.

You seem to be looking into the wall. Something is MOVING inside the wall.

You think the wall may be alive.

You pull away, apologizing profuesly for scratching at the wall. It either doesn't hear your or has accepted your apology, as it doesn't seem to react.

...if it can.

You examine it. You're not sure what it's 'skin' is like, but it's transparent without any of this magic kinda paint on it. Inside is...

You're not sure what the hell it's organs are actually, but you can see plenty of organy flesh in there. Your view is thankfully impeded by some green magic. A lot of it actually. It's visible so... Man, maybe this is why it's so thick with magic up here.

This thing is too large. And has some kind of physical body. The green energy feels distant from curse material as well, more like the magic that makes up 'souls', in theory.

You wonder if this means that this thing's soul is visible to you.

You gently prod the thing's... skin? Uncovered and covered.

While the covered part feels pretty much like stone, the uncovered part feels like... Well. You're not sure exactly how to describe it, but some kind of mix of scales and Marble seems to be the most accurate term.

No. You think your prod was either too small in the grand scheme of things for this wall, much like an atom ramming into you or perhaps even smaller, or it simply has no nerves in the first place.
