Double Spoiler has a black screen

Whenever I try to clear a scene this happens.
I tried changing it to 16 bit but that doesn't work.

Did you install the DirectX installer with the game?

Also, I'm thinking you're having locale issues.  The window title should say "ダブルスポイラー　～ 東方文花帖 ver 1.00a".

I didnt download the Direct X installer because I already had Direct X.

My computer has its language set to Chinese for what ever reason.
Also , the other Touhou games work fine.
I'll think about changing my locale to Japan.

You may have it already, but the last few Touhou games have included an updated version that they need.  The DX installer for DS includes some DX10 files as well.

I downloaded and installed it , it still doesnt work.

Oh wait , I found the problem.
I forgot to set it to 16-bit after installing it.

Glad you figured it out. ^.^ Although having to set yourself to 16-bit color is weird.
