>Listen for anyone around, or approaching. If the latter seems to be happening, it's time to go back into the room until they pass
>If the coast seems clear, left.
>The coast seems clear. You travel to the left. You walk for a little while and go past a bend before coming to a large open room. It doesn't seem to have anything inside, but is big, and has a very high ceiling.
>You seem to be standing on a large W. Straight ahead is an exit of the room to another hallway; this has an E. There is another hallway to the right, with S, and a large set of doors with N.
>You think there might be a voice coming from the N doors.

>If it doesn't seem like the voice is getting closer, listen at the N door.
>As you near the door so you can hear better, you determine the voice doesn't seem to be moving. So you decide to listen to it.
>The voice you hear seems slightly strange. The manner she talks with... doesn't seem to match the voice quite right. You hear, "That girl... Berkeley, was her name? She's been much luckier then the others. The Goddess Orb... help from the natives... hmm. Perhaps I'll let her stick around for awhile, see what happens; it's not as if she's any real threat to my ultimate goal. The girl has no inkling of what I've been doing! Ahahahaha~"
>Then you hear some other sounds, and then the sound of steps.

>You can't really tell. But better safe then sorry; you run towards the hallway with the E marking. As you reach it, you hear the doorknob turning.

>If it's the E door, freeze up in terror.
>The N door; thankfully, the rest of the exits are simply hallways, no doors. That would mean more noise with the next action!
>You begin to run down the E hallway as the N door opens. You hear the voice again; "Who's there~?". But this time, the voice is different. It doesn't sound strange at all. It sounds... perfect. Beautiful. A ghost of a memory in your mind is stirred by it, attracted to the woman making the sound.

>Is it a good memory?
>It's a little hard to tell... it's like the remnants of a memory you don't have anymore. It's barely there. You think, though, that it's the most pure memory somebody could ever have.
>Something's nagging at the back of your mind. You can't quite put your finger on it.
> Have we been caught/seen?
> If we have been caught/seen, don't try to hide... much.
> If we have not been caught/seen, flee.
>The voice repeats itself, "Who's theeeere~?". You realize you haven't moved since you heard it the last time. You're out of sight; but not by that much.
>You'll certainly be heard if you flee. You might be found if you don't. And to top it off, the woman might already know you're there; she suspects it, at least.

>Try to examine that memory, and that weird feeling, while keeping still and quiet.
>One thing you know for sure, is that the faint memory and the nagging feeling are both being caused by the same thing; the voice, and the woman it's coming from.
>You hear footsteps. You think you can see a tiny bit of fabric now, of the woman; it's got a few different bright, happy colors on it. Green, yellow, blue...

>The woman steps into full view, now. She has a large, imposing figure, but this is offset by the kindness that just seems to radiate from her. She's clothed in a dress covered in all kinds of color splashes; a big joyous panorama of color. And her hair; her hair is very long, reaching down past her waist. It's a very pale blond color, not terribly far from white. You do think that patch of hair there seems ever so slightly blueish, though... and there's an orange... red, purple, green... but so faint, you wonder if it's just your imagination.
>You've seen her before. You just know it. You can't remember where, though.
>Fear paralysis go!
>Should she actually spot us, shift from paralysis to flight, and make with the panicked running.
>Thankfully, she's facing the other way; at the W hall.
>There isn't any nagging in the back of your head anymore. Rather, it's more like yelling.

>Get ready to run like hell.
>Maybe if your ability to remember didn't suck lately!
>The woman turns around. Her face is calm and serene as she says "Why, hello there! Would you come over here to me for a moment~?" She's so... there's just something wonderful about her that you can't place.
>Now you realize what the nagging in your head is about. It's her. Or rather, the not her. From your nightmare. Your legs become a bit limp and wobbly at this realization.
