God Hand - Devil May Sly
Simply perfect for that 1v1 fight against your evil clone.
One of the bosses where I seriously don't mind screwing up and dying just so I can hear this for a few more minutes.

It's a shame that this plays only once. But when it does, it's worth it :V

The Grand Cathedral theme from Serious Sam: The Second Encounter. Perfect for an epic battle on a huge plain with hundreds of enemies at once.

Pokey Means Business! from Mother2/Earthbound. (for those that aren't familiar with it, it gets considerably better around the 1:00 mark)

Of course.

No matter how overrated the final boss music is, this is the best song from Bowser's Inside Story.

The Golden Sun soundtrack. The soundtrack was composed by Motoi Sakuraba, so that should say a lot. From what I remember, it was considered the best video game music for the GBA, and I'm not sure if it's been topped yet, but I love it.

Notable entries:
The First Book (Extended): The extended version of the first game's theme. So epic...
Festival in Izumo: It feels so much like a Japanese festival, complete with taiko drums.
Venus Lighthouse: I think this was considered one of the best songs form the original game. Whether or not that's true or not, I still love it.
Battle! Jenna: Jenna's battle theme. It feels lighthearted, I like it not so much for its battle theme, but its good to listen to whenever I'm doing something.
