I'm pretty sure unlocking anything via console while online will get you banned. They removed that ages ago.

Argh, I got the box a few days ago, but the games randomly crash... T_T

Achievement_idle is just a map where you're constantly hurt in order to generate weapon "drops", it's legit but doesn't speed the process up and can still mean hours of wait, but at least achievement_idle means you can AFK without fear of being kicked for inactivity.
