I remember there being quite a few times where people have found more-than-uncanny similarities to other games out there, including... -EoSD Reimu and Marisa's shot types imitating some other shmup (whose name escapes me~) -Sakuya being a homage to Dio Brando -MoF MarisaA being a Gradius homage -etc Thread because today my friend was playing Hellfire on the Genesis. I think Gengetu Rape Time is based off of something from Cave, but I wouldn't know for myself. Maybe the Nicovideo comments are just saying that it's LIKE Cave. |
