to everyone really...mostly.
I dunno, because it is cute? I think white with tiny ribbon is *scoff* not as cute... (although when it is wet it is another matter) while there is nothing more 'innocently' packaged sexy and cute as the stripes.
(do not quote Victoria's Secret, those are for women, not girls, although I wouldn't mind)
