I'll be my biased self and go with Yuyuko. PCB was my first Touhou game, and her boss attacks were the first to truly blow me away with their visual aesthetic. HMs to Eirin for the cool use of the red/blue motif and Sanae for starmaku.

It's funny; only recently have I actually begun to look at the bullet patterns themselves again. I'll have to abstain from answering for the same reason I can't answer the song title question: There's so many it's impossible to keep track of them all long enough to form an opinion. If I had to answer right here and now though, Kaguya's keep coming to my mind as particularly good, especially her last spells.

Pretty, eh?

Tough to call. VoWG is bloody glorious, as are almost all of Yuyuko's attacks, and Danmaku Bounded Field, but I think i give this to Mokou for throwing Phoenixes at you and for IMPERISHABLE SHOOTING (that gets me every time).

Hard to choose between Yuyuko and Suwako, so I'll give it to both. Yuyuko's danmaku really match well with her multiple backgrounds, and Suwako's create some very exotic patterns.

Yeah, Satori's midspells are beautiful. I'll have to go with that, with an HM to Devil's Recitation, although that's more "holy shit awesome" than pretty.

Just about every spellcard Byakuren has is gorgeous.

I like some of Eirin's attacks too though. The inverted bullets are nice.

Yeah, Satori has some pretty cool looking spells. I like Orin's Midboss card in SA Stage 6 though

Everything Byakuren has. Her spellcards are beauty unmatched.

HMs to Yuyuko, whose danmaku is also excellent. Satori and Eirin as well for the red-blue colour interplay.

Gotta give this one to Byakuren. All of the cards are very interesting to look at, especially LFO; playing through that card feels less like dodging bullets and more like dancing with them. And of course, Devil's Recitation, which I don't think I really need to explain. :V HM to Kanako.

I kinda wanna lame and play favorites, but I think I'll hand this one off to Eirin. I like the patterns her spell cards make more than anything else. I will say that Patchouli's spells are very pretty, though... And I like how they can all look different yet retain the Wu Xing theme.

Late answer, eh. I'll have to go with Donut and say Kaguya, for rainbow Danmaku, and the fact that I think "Brilliant Dragon Bullet" is a pretty name.
