Reimu: Probably PoFV, mostly because the portrait coloring in that game is amazing.

Marisa: UFO, for cowboy hat and GIANT M.

Additionally, Sakuya's PCB demo portrait is the greatest thing ZUN's ever drawn :V

No love for IaMP artwork? I'm not sure exactly what is meant by "official" artwork, and I'm not sure that ZUN necessarily drew these, but if the game is canon, the artwork is canon, and I'm going to go with it.

Well then. Next choice after the fighters is a tougher decision, mainly because I've honestly never cared too much for a lot of the in-game art. I may or may not come back to this with a new answer.

UFO for both. However... Reimu's ~~MoF art~~ LLS ending art and Marisa in SA both look pretty awesome as well. Actually, Marisa looks great in EoSD too. And PCB. But I guess UFO is my favorite, GIANT M YEAH

LLS. PC-98 Reimu is a total hottie.

And I don't really like any of Marisa's portraits, but SA's sucks less than the others because of that awesome capelet.

There are only a couple I don't like, but...this goes to Romantic Children. HM to Doll Maker...man, Alice took all the good ones...

There's a lot of good stage 3 themes, but my favorite would have to be The Gensokyo the Gods Loved. Honorable mentions go to Romantic Children and Walking the Streets of a Former Hell. Bad Apple is one of those songs that is really good material for remixes, but the song itself isn't anything special.
