Ying-Yang orb = Light and darkness orb, only her Bloodline can use it. (Moon/Sun)
Aya Shameimaru wind power should be represent by what element? Or should I add it as an element?

Not too convince on that, I think you are influence by other game that extreme opposite element conflict will rip open a portal to another dimension?

Patchouli: Fire, Earth, Wind, Water, Metal, Light, Darkness
Alice: Fire, Darkness
Reimu: Light, Darkness

Utsuho Reiuzi = Fire + Earth
Utsuho is Living at underground, it is natural to have earth element. Combined it with Fire, she can make her fire attack have quite masses.
