There are no user profiles on Nicovideo, or at least not as we know them on YouTube. Indeed, each video on Nicovideo has no mention of its uploader's username, and all the comments posted on each video are anonymous (unlike YouTube comments)

Actually, I just found that Nicovideo does indeed provide user profile pages, but they are never revealed on the videos themselves.
