That is actually a gigantic tutorial teaching you how to program an STG in the C programming language. :P EDIT -- My bad, I think it's a combination of C and C++. Increment the URL number to go forward in the tutorial. It does come with all those framework files, though, so I guess it's sort of an engine. |
