I remember I didn't have a costume for halloween when I was young, so my dad bought me a Cat mask and gave me a white T-shirt which he wrote the words "Thunder Cat" on. He also drew a pretty detailed picture of (what think was) a lynx head on it too.
As of now, I get little kids to give me their candy when I tell them I can test it for poison.
The routine is a hit or miss, because some kids aren't as retarded as they look. (Note: some)

I tend to take my little sister out trick or treating; because she can pass for a yoof despite being older than some of the people here.
Last year she went as Retard Sarah Palin, wearing an "I'm with Stupid" button on the wrong side so it pointed toward her, and a vote for Obama button. Then we trick or treated in a predominantly small-town republican neighborhood!
There were enough people who didn't get it and unironically backed her. It was great.
