Oh well, why not throwing my two cents as well, given that this topic is getting awesome?
(To start with... ehh, you don't see Halloween celebrations here. It's mostly an excuse to gather friends and drink. :V)
So yeah, BDSM, gender, etc.
I can say that, the time I've been lingering on Touhou and their respective communities was an eye-opener to me. To begin with, I shunned every single pr0n-related manga/anime thing that appeared in front of me, and yeah, that even included the lightest of fanservices. But hell, I hopped into the Touhou community, and well, things happened. Starting with Danbooru and whatnot, and then well, what can I say? I discovered many things, like my fetishes and my fantasies.
About BDSM... I can't say I have a definite position for it. I think one of my greatest talents is adaptability in plenty of life scenarios. I can take the role of complete opposites, and be happy with it. The ones who have roleplayed with me may know that already, but I can play the Dom role as well as the Sub role. That goes for RPing and IRL.
Genders... well, didn't I say adaptability was one of my talents? Role-playing wise, it's such a feast: I've taken roles of men and women, and yeah, another funny thing about me is that when I get too much into it, the characters can take control of me. Adaptative, yeah... I can feel very "manly" when, say, I watch a TTGL episode, or I could feel very "womanly" when I see something very touching, or taking it to another position, when I see a very particular H scene with a girl and I see something I'd like to feel as well, fantasizing me as the girl. IRL is a little bit different thing to me, though. I like very much being a man, I'm straight, etc. Probably if I were born as a woman, I probably would've said the same thing... or who knows?
Speaking of which, my greatest character creation was a girl with a very lusty philosophy. And yes, she took control of me as well. ;3. Another bonus is that I've taken roles of girls more and it's easier for me as well to make H-scenes with them.
