Hello Purvis:

>You follow FLandre as she glides toward Patchouli. You can see her take a steadying breath, and say, "Patchou-"
>A shriek reverberates through the the room as Patchouli suddenly picks herself up off the floor in a manner that simply shouldn't be possible, were she flesh and blood! The sound pierces your ears, grating like nails on slate, the volume like nothing you could ever imagine patchouli being capable of!

Kilgamayan:
> Grit our teeth and cover our ears!
> Watch Patchouli's actions. The instant we see her raise a hand toward Flan or ourselves, step out of time.

>Flandre is doing her best to endure, but you can't quite see her face.
>Patchouli draws her hands together and starts to thrust them forward; still shrieking. You step out of time. Having a moment to assess things, you see Patchouli's eyes are no longer glassy, her face is twisted, her mouth open impossibly wide. You see that Flandre is moving too, raising her hands. Is she trying to guard herself? You don't think so, but it's difficult to read what she is trying to do.

> Was Patchouli surrounded by a magic aura? If not, do the below:
> Move over to Patchouli and try closing her mouth completely.
> Regardless of the success of trying to close her mouth, try spinning her in place until she is facing (and pointing her hands in) the opposite direction.
> Then step back to where we were, cover our ears again, and step back into time.

>It's hard to tell, there is certainly a lot of light bright light around her, now that you have a moment to process it all, but it is not everywhere.
>You gently force her mouth closed and turn her toward the opposite wall; thankfully she isn't terribly heavy, perhaps lighter than she ought to be. Heavy enough to be a challenge, but not exhaustingly so.
>You cover your ears, and time flows once again. The shrieking is muffled for a second, and there is a bright flash of nearly blinding light from Patchouli, and...it seems like nothing else, your eyes are certainly dazzled at the moment.
>"Patchouli, it's Flandre," Flan says with surprising calm during this.
