SWR/SWRS tourney at GFAQs

To celebrate Cirno day, we want to get our touhou topic to (9). However, we are a few posts behind and to speed it up we are having a tourney.

Originally I had the idea of hosting a Cirno-only UNL tourny, but with the fact that I have school that day disallows me to do so.

So I won't be joining this tourny for that reason.
