Hi everyone after correcting the error 0xc00007, I can finally access Touhou except that I have another problem, the English and French patches do not work. So I would like to know why? Thank you for answering me;

You'll need to provide much more information than that, because I (and probably we) have no idea what you're talking about. What game? What patches? Does the game already have a static English patch applied (separate English executable)? What's happening when you're trying to apply the English / French patches? Is there an error or black screen?
