I've updated the english-oriented vpatch package to include troubleshooting help that covers most common problems that I've seen out there. This stuff is advice you will see in at least 90% of help-me threads and honestly I don't know why I didn't put this in much earlier.

If anywhere uses the direct link instead of linking to touhouwiki, please update the link to http://www.mediafire.com/file/zxdhr7rdpzrlnmt/VsyncPatch.zip

I'm basically only posting this because I have no idea what the primary traffic sources are to this package that might link directly. Is there even traffic that doesn't go through the wiki first? I assume there is, but who knows. If you do know of a site, please tell me, or tell them to update.
