EoSD vpatch error

Hi, I've copied vpatch ini,ddl and exe to games folder, also renamed eosd.exe to 東方紅魔郷.exe. Running vpatch.exe gives me this error message:

I think I messed up something but i can't figure it out :/ any ideas? I will be thankful.

It's likely that your game path has a folder name somewhere with characters that cannot be read properly, such as mojibake or foreign names.
