Nickname change request

I'm humbly requesting to change my nickname to simply 'dos'.

I'm not entirely sure why I picked my current nickname, but it clearly didn't turn into a stable nickname that I'd use regularly/elsewhere. 'dosboot' has been stable for me though, and I like the shortened 'dos' as a nickname.

You're mentioning nickname but you're also mentioning 'dosboot' which is your display name. You can freely change your display name through your profile settings.
