Touhou 9 crashes - Windows 10

When I try to open Touhou 9 it suddenly crashes! I tried to change compatibility options and to use the DX8 to DX9 converter but without any solution...

Is there any error message that appears when the game crashes?

Undo any compatibility settings; they shouldn't be needed.
You're using the DX8 to DX9 converter from enbdev, correct? If so, keep that installed.
Check if the game directory contains non-english characters (e.g. Japanese, accents), and if so, remove them or replace them with English equivalents.
Make sure the game is in a directory where it can write its savefile (e.g. not Program Files).
