Paz put instructions on how to purchase the game in the comment section. I assume it's the same process now as it was for the beta version.

Anyhow, there have been some changes from that instruction
A month ago, we tried to purchase a code for one of the page member, and apparently the Paypal integration for their purchase page has an invalid security form; thus all modern browsers refused to allow the transaction to occur due to security reason.
We had forwarded this problem to the developer for a fix... but it seems like they simply rectified the problem by... totally removing Paypal purchasing option; thus all international buyers now won't be able to purchase the game (unless you know how to navigate through TaoBao purchase).
The dev have then told us that they try to will fix the Paypal issue before some certain "Spring Event" that they will be hosting. So in the mean time, I would advise against trying to purchase the game, and wait for a month or so if the Paypal issue is resolved
