Vsync in English?
« on: September 01, 2009, 06:49:21 AM »
Is it possible to get the Vsync patch and the English patch to run at the same time? I ran the Vsync patch on PCB, but it made all the text go back to Japanese... It doesn't really affect the gameplay I suppose, but it kinda bugs me anyway =/

Rename the English Touhou executive file the same as the Japanese executive, rename the Japanese one something else. The vsynch patch seems to look for the file name of the original file's name, so renaming your English Touhou file to that will trick it into launching that instead. Note that for EoSD the original file name is in Japanese, so make sure you name it right, and you'll also need applocale to run it.
nintendonut888: Hey Baity. I beat the high score for Sanae B hard on the score.dat you sent me. X3
Baity: For a moment, I thought you broke 1.1billion. Upon looking at my score.dat, I can assume that you destroyed the score that is my failed (first!) 1cc attempt on my first day of playing. Congratulations.
